upskillable Customer Success Specialist

upskillable is growing, and is looking for some more talented people to join our Customer Success team! We're looking for people that love to help customers with technical support and customer service. This is a technical role but requires stellar communication while proactively offering setup support and assistance to our customers from both a technical perspective and customer service for our platform.


upskillable is an amazingly effective, talent acquisition automation platform, and the people joining us will play a pivotal role in our growth. We have a fast-paced environment, and we’ll need this person to know every detail about our platform and how our customers can use it to maximize its value. Besides just owning all that knowledge, you’ll need to be able to communicate it and educate our customers with ease.

About the role:

This is a customer-facing role and as such our customer success team is one of the first points of contact for our customers. From basic setup to answering a variety of questions when getting setup this team is vital to the long-term success of our customers. Our customers ask a lot of questions, so being able to assist them in getting set up and understand how to be successful with the platform are key requirements.

We are looking for someone reliable and eager to work with us long-term. This is a full-time remote position and is not suited for a digital nomad lifestyle. We require a steady internet connection and a mandatory overlap of working hours with the rest of the team.

 In this role, you will wear a few different hats, including:

  • Working directly in our customer success team to help customers with technical support issues.
  • Helping customers understand the uniqueness and philosophy behind our product and why it’s better than whatever they are using.
  • Working with the customer success team to write and translate supporting material to help new customers succeed & on-board whenever new features are launched.
  • Helping customers set up their accounts after purchase.
  • Possibly running a webinar from time to time
  • (We will offer you in-depth 1 on 1 training to learn all aspects of the platform)


Skills

Important Requirements (Please read All) that you need to have:

  • Experience in a service capacity where you had to serve demanding customers.
  • Must have a great personality and comfortable speaking to customers.
  • Must speak English and Arabic clearly and be easy to understand.
  • Must be comfortable learning a technical platform and supporting our customers in helping them get setup & on-boarded.
  • Remember this requires some technical knowledge & support for customers.
  • A fully functional workstation & quiet working space.
  • Able to overlap with our Riyadh and London teams.
  • Quick study so you can learn and understand our platform as well as the more things about our industry.
  • Able to manage your own time and ability to work full-time (40 hours or slightly more per week) remote job with a contract. We want to make it clear that this is NOT a freelance / part-time position you can do in tandem with other professional endeavors
  • The ability to integrate well with a fun, hard-working, smart, and motivated team
  • Work from anywhere (OK, almost anywhere…), as long as you have regular overlap with our business hours (GMT +3 - 9am to 6pm).
