  • To respond positively and promptly to requests for ad-hoc IT developments/ projects to support business initiatives and system/functionality developments as required
  • To select, direct, develop & motivate managers and staff within IT to deliver the highest levels of performance, further build capabilities and deliver a highly professional service to meet internal customer expectations.
  • Define IT policies, procedures and technical standards for the implementation, usage and maintenance of IT systems and applications
  • Liaise and lead communications and negotiations with IT suppliers for hardware and software
  • Ensure proper maintenance and administration of all IT system assets (HW, SW licenses, databases, etc.) and safety of both IT team members and IT users
  • To respond to external audit questions and taking corrective action as required.

Total Experience

  • Degree in Information technology, Information Management, Computer Sciences
  • Desirable: MBA or Masters in IT related subject
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT industry position (min. 5 years in Senior IT Management position)
  • Fluent (written & spoken) English & Arabic
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in ERP systems and project implementation.
